The Impact You'll Make;
The Senior Manager, Retail & Marketing Operations is responsible for delivering a consistent and impactful in-store marketing experience across all Joe Fresh locations. Serving as the primary advocate for the store, this role requires hands-on retail and in-store marketing experience to ensure initiatives enhance the store environment, engage customers, and drive sales.
The Senior Manager will own in-store marketing programs, support store renovations, and drive the seamless execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns, taking full ownership of initiatives from planning through delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, timing, and budget.
This role requires strong marketing acumen and the ability to think critically about creative, ensuring campaigns are effective and on-brand. The Senior Manager will build and grow vendor and partner relationships, present and sell marketing packages, and identify opportunities for innovation.

What You'll Do;
Store Experience Owner:

  • Serve as the "voice of the store," ensuring the development and execution of a consistent in-store marketing experience that aligns with brand and customer expectations.
  • Lead innovation in store marketing programs and in store renovations to elevate the customer experience.
  • Oversee in-store events and activations that engage customers and support store specialists.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with store specialists, operations, visual merchandising, and category teams to translate store priorities into actionable marketing plans.
  • Build stronger integration and processes with grocery partners to increase efficiency, adoption, and results.
Marketing Program Leadership & Operations:
  • Oversee the execution of key marketing programs, including seasonal and last-minute promotions, clearance events, and brand partnerships. Ensure flawless execution and coordination across all retail locations
  • Signage & Best Practices: Establish and enforce signage best practices, ensuring that all in-store marketing materials are visually consistent, aligned with brand standards, and effectively drive customer engagement
  • Marketing Operations Management: Oversee the Specialist of Marketing Operations and the end-to-end process for marketing operations, ensuring that all program assets (digital and print) are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with internal best practices
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor the performance of marketing programs, collecting data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure programs meet business objectives
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation is optimized and all campaigns are executed within financial parameters
Vendor & Partner Leadership:
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for print vendors, third-party agencies, and external brand partners
  • Lead the strategic marketing direction of the Brands Program (e.g., Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, Disney), ensuring vendor partnerships drive incremental sales and brand equity
  • Partner with the Manager of Retail Integration and grocery enterprise stakeholders to scale vendor- and category-driven initiatives, providing high-level guidance and direction while the manager contributes to strategy and drives execution.
  • Present, negotiate, and sell marketing packages to vendors and partners, clearly communicating the value proposition and ROI.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Manager of Retail Integration and Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure accountability, high performance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring;
  • 5-8+ years of experience in retail marketing, marketing operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience in retail and in-store marketing, with a proven ability to enhance the store experience
  • Strong marketing acumen and the ability to critically evaluate creative and optimize campaigns
  • Experience managing print vendors and stakeholders professionally, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute programs independently, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and external partners.
  • Experience managing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to translate business priorities into optimal store experiences
  • Strong knowledge of retail trends and the ability to innovate in the in-store experience
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
