Email Donut is an email marketing agency that helps Shopify brands grow with smart email strategy and solid Klaviyo execution. We focus on real results -- not fluff.

About This Role
We're hiring someone who already knows how to manage email marketing for eCommerce brands.
You'll be in charge of strategy, planning, and performance for 4-7 client accounts. That includes flows, campaigns, segmentation, and making sure emails are going to the right people, at the right time, with the right message.
This is not a junior or entry-level role. If you've never worked at an email agency or managed Klaviyo emails from start to finish, this role isn't for you.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee the build of email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo
Set goals based on client history and performance benchmarks
Review and improve flows every month
Run A/B tests and share what's working
Join client calls and present email strategies
Work with our designers and copywriters to launch emails on time
Keep email lists healthy and clean (remove unengaged users, manage deliverability)

Must-Haves
? You've worked in email marketing for ecommerce brands or agencies
? You've led and motivated pods of designers, copywriters, and marketing coordinators
? You've used Klaviyo + Shopify in a real-world job
? You speak and write English fluently
? You're confident leading strategy and joining client calls
? You know how to organize your work, hit deadlines, and manage multiple accounts
? You understand how to segment audiences and improve deliverability

Experience with AI agents and automations
Experience with SMS (Postscript, Attentive, etc.)
Experience with tools like Figma, Monday.com
Familiarity with email performance tools like Triple Whale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,981.00-$74,490.00 per year
