About the Opportunity
As part of Dayforce's Payroll Product team, you'll lead a talented group of product managers across North America. In this role, you'll shape and execute the compliance strategy for our North America payroll product--ensuring it continues to meet the needs of our diverse, global customer base while aligning with industry standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative, user-friendly payroll solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline operations. What You'll Get to Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers across North America, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate and execute a clear payroll compliance strategy.
  • Guide your team in developing product roadmaps that align with Dayforce's vision and leverage modern technologies such as AI and automation.
  • Engage directly with customers through research and ongoing relationships to inform product decisions.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor innovations to maintain a strong market position.
Skills and Experience We Value
  • Proven success in launching and managing products or solutions; HCM or payroll domain experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, grounded in data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills--comfortable presenting to executive audiences both internally and externally.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, automation) and their application to product innovation and efficiency.
