Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management

will be pivotal.

About the role.




This individual will lead and oversee the change management strategy and initiatives driven by the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with McCain Foods' business objectives and sustainable growth. The role will work cross-functionally and across regions and teams to manage the impact of our change initiatives and build a culture of agility and continuous improvement that is required to support our global digital transformation strategy.

What you'll be doing.




Reporting to the head of OCM for Business Transformation, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive OCM strategy that incorporates stakeholder engagement, change plans, training programs, and performance measurement. The Sr. Manager of Organizational Change Management will coordinate efforts across regions to seamlessly integrate change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.

How you'll be impactful.



Lead and oversee SAP S4 HANA change management efforts, including managing change management resources within the implementation team. Develop a tailored change management strategy and implement plans for SAP S4 HANA, addressing McCain's unique needs and culture. Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback, and secure buy-in for the implementation. Identify potential risks and resistance points and develop targeted mitigation plans. Establish reinforcement mechanisms and celebrate successes to sustain change efforts, involving system implementation consultants in recognition and celebration activities.

What you'll need to be successful.



Toronto Based - 3 days a week in office Bachelor's in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.

5+ years of experience

initiatives. Proven experience leading change management efforts in large-scale SAP implementations, preferably SAP S4 HANA. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies. Expertise in change management, with a deep understanding of how to drive the adoption of new technologies and processes across diverse teams. Experience supporting large scale, multi-regional, multi-cultural programs. Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively. Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence. In-depth industry knowledge within the context of food production and technology implementation and stays current with industry trends and new capabilities. Able to approach conflict resolution and negotiation with confidence and tact. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Leadership capability in coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of growth and learning. Champions and leads organizational change, ensuring that the strategic goals are met with high standards of business value and innovation. Leverages influence, knowledge, and analytical prowess to make well-informed strategic decisions and to dynamically allocate resources.

Compensation Package: $102,700.00 - $137,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
