The Corporate Development team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and executing business-enhancing transactions - including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments involving mining assets and related infrastructure.
This role manages cross-functional workflows, evaluates potential transactions, and provides recommendations that shape Kinross' corporate strategy. The position may be hired at either the Senior Manager or Director level, depending on the candidate's experience, scope of capabilities, and leadership background.
