$2MM in a geographic market and manage a portfolio more than $10M. Work closely with product partners to develop the right products to tap market opportunities. Lead all aspects of risk-reward parameters within acceptable levels towards achieving optimal business performance. Be recognized as the xe2x80x9cface of CWBxe2x80x9d in the local market delivering full-service banking and financial solutions through effective and authentic partnerships.Areas of focusSales activation & business growth. Client experience. Credit risk management.Client experience. Deliver outstanding client experiences at every interaction in line with CWBxe2x80x99s brand promise. Provide full-service solutions for clients with the view to be every clientxe2x80x99s primary financial partner.Sales activation & business growth. Create, implement, and effect an independent marketing plan to achieve all sales & growth targets. Undertake independent sales activities to achieve annual loan, deposit, and cash management sales, revenue, volume, and new customer objectives. Negotiate skills to optimize overall profitability of relationships with new & existing clients. Actively generate leads & referrals for business partners across CWB.Credit risk management. Together with the commercial credit team, you will apply your risk assessment skills to ensure appropriate measures are put into place and risk assessment protocols and structures are implemented, while balancing risk and reward within CWB's risk appetite.Core know-how & experience requirementsA Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in commerce, finance, or accounting fields with sixish yearsxe2x80x99 experience within commercial lending or related experience. Proven experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies and actions in collaboration with partners. Subject matter expert in the continuous improvement of sales processes & programs.
