You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondel?z International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
Execute the strategy for the customer
Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

What you need to know about this position:
Lead the overall Mondelez portfolio for Walmart Confectionary and deliver on volume, revenue, and profit KPIs
Lead, develop, and optimize your team to drive performance and deliver results
Work with the customer business lead on developing and executing growth plans and overall strategy to deliver results
Work with and inspire a multi-functional team to develop and commercialize long term innovation and growth plans
Leverage RGM approach to develop and implement trade promotion strategies to maximize growth and ROI
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree education, preferred in Business. MBA or other designation an asset.
Job specific requirements:
Minimum 7 years Sales experience within CPG.
Previous experience leading Walmart as a key account.
Ability to manage, synthesize, and integrate large amount of data.
Demonstrated ability to deal with complexity.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a multi-functional team
Solution oriented and strong drive for results
Excellent strategic leadership skills.
Ability to lead and inspire others across functions while clearly setting direction.
Demonstrated track record of delivering results.
Travel requirements:
Minimal <10% of work schedule
