Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer

Location: Toronto, Canada - Hybrid

Job Type: Long Term Contract

As a full stack developer that has in-depth experience with Angular/TypeScript and has the same level experience working on the backend with Java, Springboot, Kafka, and developing and integrating APIs (Restful APIs, GraphQL) and relational databases. You will be part of a team creating new services and client-facing applications using the latest technologies which will shape the future of banking; You will develop and support highly scalable, high performance APIs within an Agile development team. Ensure high code quality through automated unit and functional testing.

Automate processes within the development pipeline; identify opportunities for efficiency gains and reducing time-to-market, and enabling continuous delivery.

Design and develop code structures based on technical design defined by the team.

Work within an Agile product team comprised of technical, product and business team members to deliver exceptional products.

You will actively seek out knowledge about new technologies and how they can be used to solve current and foreseeable challenges.

Excellent communication including the ability to distill technical details into human terms.

Responsibility

7+ years experience with Angular/Typescript, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kafka, Redis, CSS/HTML.

7+ year's experience using and developing RESTful APIs and microservices

7+ years developing on the MEAN stack.

Should have hands on experience developing GraphQL APIs

Experience working with relational databases Postgres, SQL.

Knowledge of developing distributed cloud applications (OpenShift, Docker) Hands on experience designing, developing, testing and troubleshooting RESTful API and interface specifications (Swagger, SOAP)
Expert knowledge of financial products, trade lifecycle, and market data.|
Knowledge of security gateways and protocols (JWT, OAuth2.0, OIDC, SSL Certificates)
Full software development life-cycle experience with CICD and thorough testing prior to release
Solid Understanding of Agile

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $62,824.46-$140,734.67 per year
