What You'll Be Doing:
Process hourly and salary payroll for 600+ employees.
Maintain accurate information in HRIS systems.
Act as subject matter expert for time and attendance systems.
Manage STD/LTD claims and liaise with insurance providers.
Develop and deliver employee training programs.
Support workplace investigations and disciplinary actions.
Complete month-end corporate reporting and ad hoc HR reports.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
Must have 5+ years of HR experience in similar role in a high-volume manufacturing/industrial environment
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processes.
Dayforce or ADP experience
Short-term, long-disability, submittal of claims, return to work, modifications
Employee relations experience
Must be a self-starter, help the manager lead teams and not wait on instructions
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with Workday
Advanced HR certifications.
