The Sr. Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual language of Moe's across all brand, campaign, and seasonal initiatives. Reporting to the Creative Director and working closely with the creative and marketing this role pushes the creative vision forward while staying deeply connected to the needs of a fast-moving, design-led business. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between concepting at a high level and delivering refined, production-ready assets across digital, print, showroom, and experiential touch points. With strength in storytelling, emerging tools (including AI), and multi-channel design systems including Adobe, the Sr. Graphic Designer helps elevate the brand through every launch, look book, and customer experience bringing their creativity, clarity, and innovation to every project.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:




Partner with CD and Marketing team in concepting, developing and executing all cross-channel campaigns Partner with marketing to develop and execute all evergreen emails, social & sms inclusive of our automated and segmented email programs With the CD further integrate and evolve the 2025 brand refresh into channels email, sms, showrooms, social, sometimes ecomm etc. Concept, develop and execute all assets required for social, email, seasonal launches, tradeshows, events sale tools and promotions Partner with Marketing to develop visually strong, brand-aligned assets for sales tools, pitch decks, and product communication. Maintain and evolve the brand's design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels and seasonal launches. Uphold best practices in file preparation, organization, and production workflows to ensure quality and accuracy across digital and print outputs. Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners to bring creative concepts to life with accuracy and quality. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple projects and balance time sensitive deadlines with various stakeholders Champion AI-driven creative tools and workflows to improve speed, experimentation, and visual innovation. Bring industry leading creative and marketing ideas for B2B brands to the table

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:




5-7 year's experience in a creative role (previous experience in a B2B brand is an asset) in addition to relevant post-secondary education Intimate familiarity in the creative processes of design, copy, photo, and video while balancing business strategy and growth objectives Experience leading multi-faceted campaigns that include activations in social, digital, seasonal launches and PR. Extensive knowledge of Adobe creative suite, AI platforms and associated design tools UX/UI experience an asset Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
