About the Opportunity

The Senior Director of Partner Business Excellence is a key leader within the partner organization who is responsible for supporting the partner ecosystem, ensuring smooth and successful operationalization of programs, and driving business growth. At its inception, this role will be an individual contributor role. However, the plan is to grow the team over the next two years.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to do

Partner Program Operationalization and Compliance

  • Streamline partner program processes and procedures to improve efficiencies and create a seamless and frictionless experience for partners.
  • Build a plan for a shared service model for all partner groups to help manage escalations, frequently asked questions, legal requests, etc.
  • Evaluate gaps in content curation and help build out collateral and assets where appropriate.
  • Ensure partner activities comply with relevant company policies and build in checks and balances where appropriate.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with new program additions.
Systems
  • Own, administer, and govern the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system.
  • Identify areas where new technology and automation can enhance the partner management processes.
  • Create and manage oversight of an internal partner organization site to enhance and optimize communication amongst the team and development across programs.
Performance Metrics and Reporting Strategy
  • Work with key stakeholders to define a strategy to implement a tracking and reporting scorecard across all areas to monitor partner performance and measure the success of all partner programs.
  • Establish, launch, and monitor partner satisfaction metrics alongside relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform changes or enhancements to program strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business units to ensure seamless communication when changes occur, to make certain operational processes are clearly defined and documented across business units, and to help to prioritize requests for support.
  • Represent the partner organization on all companywide projects that require partner participation, communication, or are in support of partners and help coordinate amongst appropriate team members with the larger scale initiatives.

Skills and experience we value
  • Executes with operational excellence and has at least eight years of direct or related experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with at least five years of people management experience.
  • Ability to contribute to strategy and innovation, but also excel at managing the day-to-day tactical responsibilities of the job.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence accountability cross functionally and drive decisions on recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and immaculate attention to detail.
