Job Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry located in Cambridge, Ontario. The successful candidate will be a key member of our human resources team, responsible for auditing and tracking payroll and attendance, manipulating large volumes of data, and ensuring compliance with policies.Responsibilities:

• Audit time and attendance reports accurately and efficiently

• Track leaves of absence and return to work dates

• Report compliance for record of employment

• Ensure all adjustments have been tracked in the Kronos system

• Manipulate large volumes of data in spreadsheets using complex formulas

• Utilize pivot tables for data analysis

• Maintain high accuracy and strong attention to detail in all tasks

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Identify and solve problems as they arise

• Work within a team to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in using the Kronos Timekeeping System is an asset

• Demonstrated skills in conducting Audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards

• Proficiency in using Excel Formulas to manage, analyze and interpret complex data sets

• Hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Data Analytics to drive decision-making processes

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
