What you'll be doing

As a Senior Consultant, Business Effectiveness, you will be responsible for reporting and dashboards, and associated activities including but not limited to building data sets, calculated fields and dashboard design while maintaining existing reporting standards.

How you'll succeed

Proficiency building Tableau dashboards - Includes end to end process from ensuring data source readiness, leveraging existing calculated fields and or creating custom calcs as required and creating dashboards.

Analytical / problem solving skills - Consult with the team, and other sources to investigate and solve data-related issues. Attention to detail is a must.

Consulting - Work closely with HR partners to gather requirements, advise best practices and manage expectations and timelines.

Comfort with large data sets - Lead detailed analyses of large data using either Excel or other tools to find anomalies, and understand the data, and make recommendations.

Who you are

You can demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Knowledge of the HR function (systems, processes, and policy), business process development/continuous improvement, business/data analysis leveraging excel/reports, change management, project management, testing, solution delivery, consulting/advisory experience in roles with progressive levels of responsibility. It's an asset if you have design/configuration experience with HRIS systems (Workday).
