Job Description
Our client is an open-ended real estate investment trust based in Toronto. They are looking for a Sr Change Manager to lead organization change, built out a communications plan and advise the business on best practices.
Location: Downtown Toronto - Bathurst and St Clair
Onsite 3x a week.
Project: NDA.
Must Haves:
- Organization Change Manager
- People change management
- Process mapping and organizational design.
- Communications change plan management
- Bring in best practices
- Day to day - attend Project meetings internally, and service provider
- Built out communications plan, draft comms, give guidance and advise to business on best practices
- Retention strategies
- Training plans
- Some experience doing process mapping and org design.
- Boots on the ground.
- Interact with VP and Director level and Steer Co.
