Department Overview
Our vision in Corporate Transformation & Operations (CTO) is to strengthen the Bank at its core. The CTO was recently established to ensure our corporate functions continue to remain effective in an increasingly complex operating environment and evolving financial industry. The CTO will drive synergies and leverage scale through various strategies and initiatives to strengthen operational effectiveness across all corporate functions.
The CTO Change Management team leads the strategy for the People side of change across TD\'s corporate functions. We do this by assessing the impact of change on stakeholders and planning for what it will take to successfully implement and sustain changes after an initiative is launched. We apply a structured approach to assess, strategize and plan for change to minimizes its disruptive nature. Additionally, we look to equip employees and leaders to embrace and adopt the changes in order to reach more stable outcomes and support realization of business benefits.

As a Senior Change Management Analyst, you can expect to:

  • Lead the change management workstream for programs/projects of moderate scale / complexity and / or support deliverables and work packages across multiple change workstreams (e.g., change, communications, stakeholder management)
  • Support, clarify and lead the change work packages, managing constraints while prioritizing the colleague and customer experience
  • Understand business context and the need / rationale for change when providing change management recommendations and guidance on application of TD\'s change methodology and framework(s)
  • Conduct meaningful analysis to understand and synthesize the impacts of change, make recommendations, assess effectiveness and manage change-related risks
  • Collaborate with project / change stakeholders to develop change strategies, plans, and activities that drive adoption of change and benefits realization based on business needs
  • Develop and deliver innovative, fit for purpose change and communications tactics and materials
  • Be accountable for your own work and sometimes others\', partnering effectively to execute high quality deliverables that achieve the desired outcomes
  • Be a great team player, contributing best practices to our CTO Change Management practice
  • Be the change \xe2\x80\x93 a brand ambassador for change, for the CTO and the bank, internally and externally

Job Requirements

Certifications

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Relevant Change Management accreditations

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the change management and/or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years\' experience in a variety of projects/markets on multidisciplinary teams, working in a project environment
  • Project delivery skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing workstreams for high-risk, high-visibility, large-scale projects
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends
  • Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
  • Skill in using software tools, applications (MS Office), data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Skill in generating viable, new approaches and solutions
  • Skill in mentoring, and coaching
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate project and change-related activities
  • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively in both oral and written form (English)
  • Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, succeed in a team, and work independently
  • Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
