The Partner Solutions Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who is both strategic and operational, as well as being skilled in using Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You\'ll get to implement SFMC and own the end to end integration, build, and ongoing management of the TELUS Partner Solutions CRM. You\'ll use your keen business insights to create and maintain data sets in the Partner marketing database, along with market analysis and trending that translate to marketing opportunities. You\'ll then work with various internal and external teams to help bring those opportunities to life, through campaigns driven by test and learn strategies grounded in results.

Working with both the Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement and Events, and the Partner Marketing Manager, you\'ll devise and execute on campaigns and Partner marketing journeys that are data driven, iterative and results based. Measuring campaign performance across mediums, you\'ll apply learnings in order to optimize campaign spend, and ensure quarterly and yearly business goals are met.

  • CRM implementation along with database creation and management
  • Working with various internal teams and our external agency partner, you\'ll implement the TELUS Partner Solutions instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • You\'ll help to set up the marketing database within SFMC and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and overall security and hygiene of the database
  • Act as the subject matter expert between the TPS Marketing team and various internal teams when it comes to SFMC
  • Campaign design and execution
  • As the owner and subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud in TPS, you\'ll work with program owners to devise targeting and execution strategies for both our prospecting and current Partner base
  • You\'ll devise test and learn strategies, and utilize the power of SFMC to automate and deploy campaigns and journeys at key lifecycle moments.
  • You\'ll develop a robust reporting strategy that enables the Marketing team and key stakeholders to make decisions on current and future campaign cycles
  • Using the data in the TPS Marketing database, you\'ll uncover new cohort opportunities for the Marketing team to target
  • Connection of external data sources to SFMC
  • Working with our internal digital team and our external marketing agency, you\'ll ensure the TPS website is connected to our CRM, thereby providing invaluable insight into how prospects and Partners are using the website
  • You\'ll work to bring in data from our external sources to augment the information about product, services and spend already available in the Marketing database, and own ensuring that data stays up to date
  • You\'ll constantly be on the lookout for new sources of Marketing data which could be useful from a targeting and campaign perspective
Qualifications

  • Proven SFDC/SFMC project management strength and experience in managing end to end CRM systems
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in different stages of readiness/execution
  • Relentless attention to detail
  • The ability to synthesis large volumes of data and pull out key takeaways and actionable insights
  • Good presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into Marketing actions
  • 5-7 years of experience in a B2B data management field preferably supporting a Marketing team
