Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with developers, planners, architects, real estate agents, investors, and property owners.
Drive outbound prospecting and qualify new opportunities across priority markets.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure opportunities move efficiently through the funnel.
Product Demos & Client Engagement
Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing zoning intelligence, feasibility modeling, and generative site planning.
Guide prospects through trial periods, onboarding, and early product usage.
Capture and communicate client needs clearly to Product and Leadership.
Market Research & Partnerships
Monitor regional development trends, zoning policy changes, and industry pain points.
Support partnership programs with real estate associations, planning groups, accelerators, and city agencies.
Represent UnlockLand at industry events, meetups, expos, and government forums.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, outbound campaigns, and regional go-to-market strategies.
Assist leadership with forecasting, reporting, and strategic growth planning.
Ideal Profile
2-5+ years in
business development, real estate, PropTech, SaaS, or client-facing roles
.
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with real estate development, zoning, planning, or feasibility modeling (or a strong desire to learn).
Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving AI startup.
Experience engaging with developers, planners, architects, or government teams is an advantage.
