Are you an experienced project coordinator with a passion for engineering, architecture, and client success? CertainTeed Architectural is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Engineering and Project Management Team. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate large and complex orders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


What You'll Do:

Lead engineering tasks on multiple projects from order booked to products successfully delivered. Produce and revise complex production drawings utilizing AutoCAD. Verify material take-offs, manage change orders, and ensure documentation compliance. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Production to define project requirements and timelines. Mentor and coach Project Designers; participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Occasionally travel (<10%) to project sites for assessments and coordination.

What You Bring:

Diploma in Architectural Technology or Bachelor's degree in architectural design/engineering or similar. 5-10 years' experience in architecture or mechanical engineering design, with at least 5 years in project management or project engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project or similar, Microsoft Office; ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA or Epicor) is a plus. Strong knowledge of building industry standards, construction materials, and methods. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Project Management certification is an asset. SolidWorks knowledge is an asset. You will be working in our Hybrid arrangement (3 days at the office, 2 days remotely)
