What you'll do:

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases that consider project timelines, constraints, and the right mix of automated and manual testing.
  • Prioritize test cases, propose 'in/out of QA scope' regression sets, escalate issues, provide status updates. Create Functional, Smoke and Regression test sets.
  • Select application components for automation regression set, document test cases and support automation team during development; contribute to the design and improvements of our current test automation framework and validation practices.
  • Strong experience in testing native mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms.
  • Own the quality of the product. Hands-on experience in different testing types such as integration, functional, regression, E2E testing, smoke, security, accessibility, performance, API, automation, etc.
  • Proficiency in documenting and resolving bugs.
  • Strong experience in testing and automating APIs.
  • Work collaboratively with Development, BAs, PMs, PO and stakeholders on issues resolution and status of ongoing deliverables.
  • Conduct quality assurance test cases peer review and reviews on team deliverables and existing features for completeness and correctness, ensure that root causes are addressed for every bug.
  • Coach the team of Developers on best practices to deliver against quality targets.
  • Provides expertise, direction and coaching to more junior staff, keep the QA Director apprised of team member performance.
  • Assist QA Management in enforcing quality processes and methodologies across the IT divisions and be responsible for maintaining standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all major components, functionalities, integration between systems for all initiatives.
  • Create/review QA training documentation and set training sessions; provide post-implementation support for all deliverables. Present QA Demo to the QA team after each Sprint.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments, work independently with minimum supervision, perform well under pressure and to deadlines.
What you'll bring:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing across multiple projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sr. QA Analyst role.
  • Have strong technical skills, expert level in functional and non-functional, manual and automation testing, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
  • Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker, and assertive.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt and work under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience with running automation and API testing by using any or all of the following testing tools or frameworks: Appium, Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, Ghost Inspector, Zephyr.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of performance testing.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar Agile management tool.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team while prioritizing daily tasks.
