The next step is to build out our digital ecosystem and expand our TimCard offering to include next-generation financial tools and products. Our goal is to double the number of guests using our app every month. We\'re quickly growing the team and need a Sr. Analyst, Customer Lifecycle n our Toronto office. You will be a part of the Customer Lifecycle Management team focused on driving growth in customer engagement through digital owned media in-app and email channels. We aim to serve and meet the digital payments needs of Canadians, while connecting them to the brand Canadians trust most. Join us and help build the next generation of digital experiences for Canada\'s most-loved brand! What you\'ll do: RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with your manager to achieve targets for customer engagement and retention
  • Track and analyze consumer behaviour through logins, volume and frequency of transactions such as loading funds and spend
  • Support design and execution of testing plan/ framework to drive growth and be an embodiment of test and learn culture
  • Help with establishing communication channels with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and appropriately escalate roadblocks for quick resolution
  • Assist with providing updates to senior leadership on a regular cadence about progress, potential roadblocks and other material information
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs through quantitative and qualitative user research
  • Understand RBI and Tim Hortons\'s business strategy to deliver best-in-class products to serve our guests and franchisees.
What you\'ll bring: REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years of customer acquisition/ growth experience working on consumer facing products
  • data analysis experience
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into meaningful insights
  • Experience working with CRM tools in Agile environments
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in QSR, Retail or with Loyalty products is a plus
