Job Description
We are in search of a Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be a crucial part of our operations, overseeing credit applications, customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role, operating within the industry, provides a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:
- Conduct account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger and journal entries.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and reports.
- Oversee and execute the month-end close process.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports to support external review and financial statement notes regarding investments and capital assets.
- Compile and present a quarterly report on executive expenses for board review.enior
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
- Must possess skills in Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations is necessary.
- Should have experience handling General Ledger.
- Capable of making accurate Journal Entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Experience in US GAAP processes is required.
