The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 CAD depending on experience.

This is how you WOW:

Prepare and post all monthly journal entries such as; standard accruals, prepaids, payroll, and depreciation. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Analyze variances to budget/forecast and provide clear financial commentary Process vendor invoices, ensure proper coding and approvals, and manage payment scheduling Issue and track customer invoices, apply cash receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances Customer collection and credit overview by customer account, to include the issuance and tracking of customer invoices, apply cash receipts and follow up on outstanding balances Perform monthly bank reconciliations Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inventory, fixed assets, loans, and prepaids Investigate discrepancies and ensure audit-ready documentation Assist and participate with Internal and External Audits Provide reconciliations, documentation, and explanations as needed Manage inventory valuation, including landed cost calculations and rental asset devaluation Collaborate with service/logistics teams to support cycle counts, stock adjustments, and controls Other ad hoc duties as assigned

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CMA designation preferred Minimum 5 years accounting experience; Canadian GAAP required U.S. accounting experience is a plus Strong ERP and Excel skills; experience with SAP B1, QuickBooks, or similar systems Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a small team, high-accountability environment
