The Opening(s)

• Sprinkler Fitters \xe2\x80\x93 Ticketed Installers with experience on commercial and multi-unit residential projects (a background working in the industry), and are possibly even working towards leading their own crew!

The Basic Responsibilities

• Mentor and train apprentices / entry-level fitters to enhance their learning and understanding.
• Provide clear direction and instructions for members of your crew.
• Safely operate power tools, pipe threaders, pipe cutters, groovers and core drills.
• Effectively analyze and interpret sprinkler system blueprints.
• Problem-solve and maintain all applicable documentation for work being completed.
• Independent installation of BlazeMaster and steel pipe (and sprinkler heads).
• Communicate with the office as needed for documentation, coaching, feedback, etc.
• Ensure the adherence of all site-safety polices as well as EFP policies when working.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Qualifications

• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable means of transportation OR access and willingness to take transit to job sites

The Hours of Work

• Full-Time, Permanent
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
