Comfort Zone Insulation, located in Perth, Ontario, is seeking a Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our expanding team of professionals. Certified installers are encouraged to apply!

A valid Ontario driver's license, clean driver's abstract, and reliable daily transportation to work are required.

Job Summary

As a spray foam insulation technician you will be delivering high-quality insulation solutions on residential and commercial projects and ensuring industry-leading standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply of spray foam insulation in a wide variety of settings, ensuring precision and efficiency. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain spray foam equipment, including advanced rigs and tools. Learn from experienced technicians, receiving guidance on best practices and safety protocols. Support the completion of projects according to timelines and quality benchmarks. Complete required daily paperwork requirements. Conduct thorough inspections to verify adherence to project specifications and company standards. Collaborate with team members, site managers, contractors, and clients to assess project requirements and deliver exceptional service. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site, adhering to all industry safety regulations. Stay up to date with the latest techniques and materials in the insulation industry. Installation of Vapour Barrier, Batt and Blown-in Insulation. Insulation Extractions. Minor carpentry modifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in spray foam and installation of other insulation materials. Knowledge of spray foam products, equipment operation, and troubleshooting. Understanding of building construction, safety standards and applications techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different job conditions. Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces or at heights. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Certifications related to spray foam installation are an asset. Mobile phone with adequate data and roaming for GPS/communications.
