Spray Foam Insulation Assistant

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced spray foam technicians to assist with insulation installations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Duties

Assist spray foam technicians in preparing and installing spray foam insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, tools, and protective materials. Ensure proper handling and application of spray foam materials in compliance with safety standards and company guidelines. Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to meet project specifications and timelines. Assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, and storage. Help with measuring, cutting, and applying materials to ensure the job is completed efficiently. Maintain proper handling of hazardous materials and chemicals, wearing protective gear as necessary. Help with post-installation clean-up, including removing debris and ensuring job sites are left in pristine condition.

Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in construction, insulation, or a similar field is a plus but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle the physical demands of the job. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in insulation or construction is an advantage. Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Licenses/Certifications:

A valid driver's license is required. Spray foam certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Class 5 Licence (preferred)
