Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in various installation techniques. This role involves applying spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Spray Foam Installer will work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional results on every project.

Duties

Prepare job sites by setting up equipment and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to understand project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for the installation of spray foam insulation. Apply spray foam insulation to walls, roofs, and other surfaces as required. Collaborate with team members to fabricate necessary components for insulation projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in construction tasks such as frame carpentry, metal stud framing, masonry, concrete finishing, and construction painting as required.

Experience

Proven experience in construction with a focus on spray foam installation preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and techniques is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Experience with airless paint spraying is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately is essential. A solid understanding of various construction methods including fabrication and carpentry will enhance performance in this role. Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
