Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Spray Foam operator/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and proper air sealing. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Prior experience in construction or insulation installation is preferred, along with familiarity with hand tools and blueprint reading.

Duties

Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and protective coverings as needed Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications and safety standards Use hand tools such as caulking guns and spray equipment to complete installations Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate application of insulation in designated areas Seal gaps, joints, and seams using caulking or other sealing materials for optimal insulation performance Assist with site cleanup and ensure work areas are safe and organized after each project Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Prior experience with caulking, hand tools, or construction work is highly desirable Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings Knowledge of insulation materials, especially spray foam products, is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job sites Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.24-$39.13 per hour
