Sports Instructor For Kids
Job Description
Sportball invites energetic, enthusiastic, sports-oriented people to join our coaching team.
Applicants should have previous experience with sports and should have a passion for working with children. An educational background in Kinesiology, Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, Physical Education or Personal Training is helpful but not required. All coaches are provided with comprehensive initial and ongoing training and support in Sportball methodology and program delivery.
Candidates should be comfortable working with younger children including toddlers, as many of our programs focus on this age group.
Transportation is required. Coaches are required to travel to and from locations.
Part-time, year-round, long-term.
Eligible candidates must be available to work weekends (9am-1pm). Evenings (Mon-Thurs, 5pm-7pm) are avaialble.
Coaches are paid $19/hr during their training period. Once coaches are trained and certified to lead programs on their own, their wages are increased.
