We require a reliable manager for our busy expanding sports exchange who excels in customer service and has knowledge of the product we sell. If you have an interest in helping customers pick out sporting goods that suit their needs this might be the right fit for you!

The ideal candidate will have past experience in sports, retail supervisor or managerial roles.

Starting wage is dependent on previous experience.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Manage day to day retail operations

Ensure product restocking and display organization

Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone, email and in person.

Keep up to date knowledge of new and used sports products on a regular basis.

Organize and promote in-store promotions and sales

Participate and lead meetings and product knowledge sessions as required.

Ensure staff complete retail tasks in an efficient and timely manner (e.g., restocking, pricing, cleaning.).

Comply with company, store and department policies.

Maintain a professional appearance (hygiene, grooming).

Ability to lead and organize a team of 10-20 staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
