JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Children's Physical Fitness Coaches to join our dynamic team.

This is an incredible chance to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 3-14. Our goal is to powerfully boost children's physical abilities, motor skills, and overall health and well-being within a lively and engaging learning environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Training Session Delivery



Lead engaging training sessions with warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs, ensuring proper technique to prevent injuries.

Parent and Guardian Communication



Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, answering their questions and concerns.

Safety and Injury Prevention



Ensure the training environment is safe and free from hazards. Be prepared to handle minor injuries and administer first aid if necessary.

Team Collaboration



Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and professionals within the organization, to provide a holistic approach to children's well-being. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance coaching skills and stay updated on the latest trends and research in children's physical fitness.

QUALIFICATION and SKILLS



A Bachelor Degree or equivalent is REQUIRED. Good organizational and time management skills to plan and manage training sessions and administrative tasks. Degree in physical education, kinesiology, sports science, or a related field is strongly preferred. Previous experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity, preferably in a physical fitness or sports setting. Basic First Aid is REQUIRED. Good communication skills, especially in interacting with children and adults in a friendly and respectful way. Good knowledge of exercise and its benefits for children. Familiarity with different age groups and their developmental characteristics and abilities. Creativity and the ability to design engaging and fun fitness activities. Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children and promoting their physical health.

LANGUAGE



Fluent in English is essential. Bilingual speakers in both Mandarin and English are NEEDED!

SALARY and BENEFITS (COMPETITIVE)

WORKING CONDITIONS



The coach mainly work in the gym, sports facility or outdoor playground Working hours may include evenings and weekends to align with children's schedules. The job will involve being active and on one's feet during training and related activities.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
