Summary of the Role:



North Shore Speech and Language is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team of clinicians. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of communication disorders for pediatric and adult clients.

North Shore Speech and Language is a client-centered private practice dedicated to providing high-quality speech and language services to individuals across the lifespan. Our mission is to empower clients through personalized therapy, evidence-based practices, and compassionate care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We opened a new clinic space this past September in the heart of West Vancouver to meet the growing need of the practice. Come join us as we embark on this exciting opportunity. As a member of the team, you will be able to schedule your days and times of work and have access to clinical support as needed.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive communication assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals

Provide direct therapy services in 1:1 and/or group settings

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals as needed

Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities

Optional: Supervise SLPAs

Qualifications



A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent

Registration with College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Vehicle and driver's license

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100.00-$110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
