Role details
Full?time position, either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.
Hours: 10:30 am-6:30 pm (some flexibility).
Breaks: Two paid 15?minute breaks plus one unpaid 30?minute lunch per day.
Primarily pediatric caseload (speech?sound, language, ASD and other neurodevelopmental differences, AAC, and play?based therapy).
Compensation, benefits, and perks (salaried role)
$87,750/year.
3 weeks (15 workdays) of paid vacation per year.
5 paid sick days per year.
Health and dental reimbursement: up to $1,000 annually in lieu of a traditional benefits plan.
Continuing education allowance: up to $500 annually for pre?approved courses, conferences, or workshops.
Perk: up to 2 weeks per year at our vacation home in Croatia (subject to availability and scheduling).

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech?Language Pathology.
Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC), in good standing.
Assets (nice to have, not required)
Experience with complex speech?sound disorders or motor speech approaches.
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neuro-developmental differences.
Experience or interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) qualification, or willingness to apply.
Comfort using play?based and relationship?based therapies.
Proficient at cleaning up after yourselves (i.e. put toys away in proper places)
