Speech-Language

Pathologist

who is dedicated to providing child and family-centered, neuro-diversity affirming, evidence-based care to children with communication and developmental differences, to join our team! Whether you are a newer SLP eager for mentorship or an experienced clinician ready to thrive in a collaborative environment, Grow is the perfect fit. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including OTs and a music therapist.

There are opportunities to develop and provide group speech and language therapy and work in different community-based settings like schools, child-care centers, and homes. About Grow:

Grow is a pediatric speech therapy clinic that supports a diverse range of children and families, from infancy through youth and young adulthood. Our team is dedicated to collaboration, continuous learning, and providing high-quality, family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care.

Qualifications & Requirements



A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current registration (or eligibility to register) with the College of Health & Care Professionals of BC RASP membership or eligibility. For those not yet on the RASP list, we provide supervision to help you work toward full registration.

What You'll Bring to Our Team



Good organization and communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow with our team Some experience (or strong interest) in providing assessment and therapy for children with different communication needs - such as speech sounds, language, social communication, executive functions, and AAC An interest or experience in working with neurodivergent children and supporting families with communication strategies Familiarity with standardized assessments and a comfort with writing reports Having your own vehicle for community or school visits is helpful but not required

Pay: $95.00-$120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
