What You'll Do:

Assess and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders under RSLP supervision. Provide individualized therapy for children, including those with autism and speech delays. Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, and other pediatric specialists. Educate and support families to promote communication success at home. Participate in parent training workshops Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

What We're Looking For:



Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/ Communication disorders from an accredited program. Pediatric experience required, including direct work with children with autism and speech delays. Registered SLP in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC). Professional liability insurance (for contractors). RASP registration Genuine Commitment and passion to continuous learning. CR Clearance letter for minors and vulnerable adult populations. Strong understanding of pediatric speech-language pathology terminology and therapy techniques (Gestalt processing, Apraxia, Articulation Disorders, Speech Delay, AAC, Fluency, Primitive Reflexes etc. ) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Must be innovative and creative with lesson plans
