About the Role



We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic

Speech-Language Pathologist

to join our team on a permanent part-time basis! In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and support children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs, working within a

child- and family-centred model of care

. You will collaborate closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans that help children build confidence and meaningful participation in daily life. This position also offers opportunities to

develop leadership skills

, particularly through involvement in program development and service growth.

What You'll Do



Complete comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills. Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that are both effective and engaging. Lead dynamic group therapy sessions centred around fun, meaningful themes. Support and empower caregivers with education and practical strategies. Maintain detailed and professional documentation of client progress. Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and advancements in the field. Contribute to program development and clinical growth by sharing ideas, supporting initiatives, and helping shape high-quality services within the centre.

What We're Looking For



A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. CASLPO certification in good standing. Paediatric experience is highly valued. Ability to speak another language is a strong asset. Strong skills in case management and collaborative care. Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues. Minimum one year of experience preferred. A clinician who is interested in growing professionally and taking on mentorship or leadership opportunities as the clinic continues to expand.
