Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
to take on the
lead role
for our one-month summer camp program. This is a hands-on, rewarding opportunity to blend therapy and play, working with children in a supportive, structured group setting. You will help design and deliver engaging activities that support communication, sensory processing, motor skills, and social development.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead daily therapeutic camp activities.
Oversee and coordinate with support staff or volunteers.
Provide therapeutic input into group sessions (speech or OT focused).
Create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for all participants.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and clinic team members.
Track progress and contribute to end-of-camp summaries or reports.
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with
CASLPO
(for SLPs) or
COTO
(for OTs).
Experience working with children in a clinical or group setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Creative, enthusiastic, and flexible in working with diverse needs.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Vulnerable Sector Check required prior to start.

Pay: $75.00-$100.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
