Aim Pediatric Therapy is expanding! We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

to join our dynamic pediatric team. We currently have a

large waitlist

for both our Brampton and

brand-new Mississauga

locations.

Our clinics are

fully equipped with dedicated speech rooms, sensory spaces, and therapy materials

, designed to help children thrive in a warm and collaborative environment. Many of our clients are

funded through the Ontario Autism Program (OAP)

and are ready to begin services immediately.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy programs for children with autism and developmental delays Collaborate with parents, therapists, and team members to promote communication success Provide ongoing documentation, progress tracking, and caregiver education Supervise Communication Disorders Assistants (CDAs) as applicable

Qualifications

Registered and in good standing with the

College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)

Pediatric experience required (Autism and developmental disorders preferred) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Professional liability insurance and police clearance required
