Advance Therapy ABA Services

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

to join our multidisciplinary team providing

home-based and community-based therapy

across Ontario.

Our team works collaboratively with families, BCBAs, and behavior therapists to ensure that each child receives a

comprehensive, individualized program

designed to support language, social, and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

speech and language assessments

to identify client needs and strengths. Develop and implement

personalized treatment plans

aligned with ABA and family goals. Collaborate with

BCBAs, therapists, and parents

to ensure consistent progress across environments. Provide

consultation, training, and ongoing support

to families and therapy staff. Maintain accurate and timely

progress notes and reports

in accordance with professional standards.

Requirements



Registered and in good standing with the

College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with children diagnosed with

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

or developmental delays preferred. Reliable transportation for community visits. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model.
