Limehouse Kids may be a new organization, but we are not new to this work. Our team brings over a century of combined experience supporting neurodivergent children across home, school, and community settings. Our warm, play-based, relationship-centered model has grown quickly, and we are excited to welcome a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to our team.

What You'll Do
Provide pediatric speech and language therapy
Supervise and collaborate with experienced CDAs
Develop and update treatment plans and assessments
Use creative, child-led approaches including books, visuals, sensory play, and movement
Communicate effectively with families and the Limehouse Kids team
Help shape our growing pediatric program
Who We're Looking For
We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who want meaningful mentorship.
Required:
CASLPO registration (or eligibility)
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Comfort supervising CDAs (training available)
Play-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Assets:
AAC experience
Articulation/phonology experience
Bilingualism
Interest in creative and sensory-based therapy
Experience working with neurodivergent children
Compensation
$80-$100 per hour, depending on experience and supervision responsibilities.
Schedule
Flexible hours, gradual caseload building, with weekday evenings and optional weekends.
