We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing expert speech therapy services to patients across various age groups, with a focus on pediatrics and early intervention. Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Provide speech therapy interventions for pediatric patients, including early intervention strategies
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to improve communication skills
Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge
Experience
Prior school experience working with children in educational or clinical settings is highly desirable
Experience in pediatrics and early intervention programs is preferred
Proven expertise in speech therapy techniques for diverse communication disorders
Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to speech and language disorders
Demonstrated ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment strategies
Familiarity with patient care best practices within healthcare environments
