About Us



All Things Speech Inc. (ATS) is a growing pediatric speech-language pathology practice in Burnaby. We are excited to be expanding into our own larger clinic space in early 2026.

Our aim is to provide individualized, functional, and strengths-based support to children and their families. Working together with clients and their families to set their communication goals and then work towards them is of utmost importance.

The Role



We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This is a part-time employed position to start, with a primary focus on after-school and/or weekend appointments and the potential to grow over time as demand increases.

We are also open to discussing a contractor arrangement, depending on experience and preference.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct assessments and provide engaging, child-centred therapy. Collaborate with clients and their families to set functional, meaningful goals. Plan and deliver therapy that reflects each child's strengths, needs, and interests. Supervise and support SLP Assistants and Inclusive Communication Assistants (scope of supervision will depend on experience and interest). Collaborate with allied professionals to support integrated care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Jane App (EMR).

Schedule & Hours



After-school and/or weekend availability preferred 2+ blocks per week preferred (e.g., after-school or weekend blocks), with flexibility to start with fewer hours if needed Scheduling will be based on availability and mutual fit

Compensation & Employment Details



Employee position $45-60/hour, depending on experience and role responsibilities Paid indirect time and supervision included Compensation and supervision responsibilities will be commensurate with experience, with opportunities for growth as the role evolves

Experience and Qualifications



Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia. Registration on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) is an asset. Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist is an asset. Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
