We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients: speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, literacy , swallowing functions. adults and children population.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plan accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, supervisions, follow the progress notes by SLPAs and CDAs.
Experience
Prior experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist .
Demonstrated expertise in pediatric and patient care across diverse age groups is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to healthcare environments enhances effectiveness in interdisciplinary collaboration.
Experience with case management processes supports comprehensive patient support initiatives.
