Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing expert communication and swallowing disorder assessments and treatments across various patient populations, including pediatrics and adults. The ideal candidate will have experience , acute care, and case management, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with speech, language, voice, swallowing disorders, mouth breathing and myo finctional disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide therapy sessions to improve all skills above mentioned. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning. Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and therapy exercises. Participate in case management activities, including discharge planning and follow-up care. Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology practices and medical terminology.

Qualifications

Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working with adults and pediatric populations . Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare environments. Demonstrated ability in patient care, assessment, and therapy planning. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality patient services.
