Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, communication, swallowing disorders ,myo functional disorders, mouth breather, autism and ADHD . The ideal candidate will have experience in adults, teens and pediatric population and possess strong skills in patient care, case management, and medical terminology. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through personalized therapy and support.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, oral motor and articulation disorders ,swallowing functions, myo functional disorders , mouth breather, autism and ADHD. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychotherpists ,occupational therapists and ABA . Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in medical records. Educate patients and their families on strategies to support communication and swallowing outside of therapy sessions. Participate in case management activities to facilitate seamless patient care transitions across settings.

Skills



Proven experience working in private clinic . Strong knowledge of pediatric and adult patient care needs related to speech and swallowing disorders. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to healthcare environments. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patients' families. Ability to perform detailed assessments and develop personalized treatment strategies. Compassionate approach with a commitment to improving patient quality of life. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
