We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as Director of our Speech and Language department at our clinic in Surrey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to support communication, articulation, language development, and social skills. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create effective intervention strategies. Train caregivers and interventionists/assistants to support speech and language goals in various settings. Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans based on data and outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia (CSHBC). Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language interventions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
