We are currently seeking a dedicated Online Specialty Ordering Representative to join our team at the Sobeys Corporate Office in Victoria. Reporting to the Manager, Online Specialty Ordering, you will be responsible for taking, managing, and executing online orders from our retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining our \xe2\x80\x9ccustomers & stores first\xe2\x80\x9d commitment to quality products and customer service.

  • Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories - floral & entertaining.

  • Develop strong working relationships with stores and other departments within the company.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful team relationships to drive results.
  • Adaptable and open to coaching
  • Digital Competence; confidence in using basic software applications & troubleshooting.
  • Proven customer service support skills, ideally with related experience.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proven time management skills, ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • General knowledge and processes of a support center

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $47 250 - $57,250. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
