Schedule: must be available during call center opening hours, Monday to Sunday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

WORK ON-SITE ONLYWe are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval, Quebec, just across from Carrefour Laval.As a call center agent specialized in purchasing, you\'ll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for people with a passion for the automotive industry and who enjoy providing exceptional customer service.What you\xe2\x80\x99re responsible for:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Take the time to understand the specific needs of our customers and offer personalized solutions
• Explain our unique business model and highlight its benefits.
• Negotiate and conclude the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction;
• Follow up on pending requests and individual customers

QualificationsTo join our team:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications

• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work days, evenings and weekends
• Call center experience (a major asset)
