Reporting to the IT Squad Service Manager, the IT Technician plays a key role in ensuring the stability and quality of delivered services by advising and supporting colleagues in analyzing and resolving issues, leveraging a broad understanding of EBC's business domains.
More specifically, the responsibilities include:
Provide full IT support (Helpdesk and Infrastructure) for a site with approximately 100 users.
Participate in a project lasting about 4 years.
Coordinate and ensure that services are delivered professionally and in a friendly manner, while maintaining a positive work environment.
Act as a resource for technical support to site users and business partners.
Diagnose, analyze, document, investigate, and/or resolve issues independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills (Workstations, Printers, Network Infrastructure).
Manage inventory and produce inventory reports as needed.
Contribute to optimizing operational processes and support continuous improvement of IT services for EBC construction sites and operations.
Actively research new partners to improve operational reach for remote sites.
Serve as a technology advisor to implement new solutions that enhance site infrastructure.
Perform any other related tasks.
