Relevant du Directeur des Communications, du Marketing et des Relations publiques, le sp\xc3\xa9cialiste en marketing num\xc3\xa9rique \xc3\xa9laborera, ex\xc3\xa9cutera et supervisera la strat\xc3\xa9gie marketing et de contenu de Valsoft afin de d\xc3\xa9velopper la notori\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de la marque, de favoriser la r\xc3\xa9putation et la culture, et d\'augmenter les pistes de fusions et acquisitions organiques. Vous maintiendrez un calendrier \xc3\xa9ditorial assurant la livraison opportune et strat\xc3\xa9gique de tout le contenu et de la production, veillant \xc3\xa0 ce que tous les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments contiennent un contenu articul\xc3\xa9, divertissant, pr\xc3\xa9cieux et engageant qui refl\xc3\xa8te la voix de la marque Valsoft. • D\xc3\xa9velopper et ex\xc3\xa9cuter la strat\xc3\xa9gie des m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux.
• Travailler avec le Directeur du Marketing pour \xc3\xa9laborer et ex\xc3\xa9cuter la strat\xc3\xa9gie marketing globale conforme \xc3\xa0 la marque et aux objectifs de croissance de Valsoft.
• D\xc3\xa9velopper et cr\xc3\xa9er du contenu sur tous les canaux num\xc3\xa9riques (\xc3\xa9crire et produire divers types de contenu ; blogs, vid\xc3\xa9os, visuels, etc.).
• \xc3\x89laborer un plan de contenu et ex\xc3\xa9cuter le calendrier \xc3\xa9ditorial pour des objectifs \xc3\xa0 court et \xc3\xa0 long terme.
• Cr\xc3\xa9er et concevoir des graphiques conform\xc3\xa9ment aux directives de la marque, la connaissance de Canva \xc3\xa9tant un atout.
• D\xc3\xa9velopper et g\xc3\xa9rer le site web en mettant l\'accent sur la collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe F&A pour atteindre les publics cibles.
• Collaborer avec des designers, des relations publiques et d\'autres professionnels sur des projets marketing de grande et petite envergure pour cr\xc3\xa9er des concepts originaux qui r\xc3\xa9sultent en une communication efficace et convaincante (par exemple, campagnes par e-mail et pages de destination).
• D\xc3\xa9velopper et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des actifs de contenu sp\xc3\xa9cifiques aux clients et des plans ayant pour objectif principal d\'augmenter le trafic et les conversions SEO, et coordonner l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution avec les producteurs de contenu et toutes les autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes.

Vos Qualifications:

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente en marketing num\xc3\xa9rique (m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux, site web et graphisme).
• Familiarit\xc3\xa9 avec les outils de marketing num\xc3\xa9rique (Canva, Photoshop, WordPress, Google Analytics, logiciels de montage vid\xc3\xa9o).
• Minimum de 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire.

About The Role:

Valsoft is looking for an eager and self-motivated bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!

Reporting to the Director of Communications, Marketing, and PR, the Digital Marketing Specialist will build, execute, and oversee Valsoft\'s marketing and content strategy to grow brand awareness, nurture reputation and culture, and increase organic M&A leads. You will maintain an editorial calendar that ensures timely and strategic delivery of all content and production to ensure that all assets contain articulate, entertaining, valuable, and engaging content that reflects Valsoft\'s brand voice. We want someone who will own this position and truly work on building the long-term marketing strategy, and not simply execute the vision.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

• As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you\'ll do more than provide value; you\'ll drive success. Here\'s how:
• Develop and execute social media strategy
• Work with the Marketing Director to develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy in line with Valsoft\'s brand and growth targets
• Develop and create content across all digital channels (Write and produce various types of content; blogs, video, visuals, etc.)
• Develop a content plan and execute the content calendar for short- and long-term goals
• Create and design graphics based on branding guidelines, knowledge of Canva a plus
• Website development and management with a focus on partnering with the M&A team to connect with target audiences
• Collaborate with designers, PR, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects to create original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication (e.g., email campaigns and landing pages)
• Develop and implement client-specific content assets and plans with the primary goal of increasing SEO traffic and conversions, and coordinate execution with content producers and all other relevant teams

What You Bring:

• Degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing (social media, website, and graphics)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Photoshop, WordPress, Google Analytics, video editing software)
• Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and effectively navigate and succeed in a highly matrixed environment
• Strong project management skills and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English mandatory, and an ability to craft a compelling story
