As a successful candidate your starting rate of pay will be $19.35 per hour.

We have full time opportunities on our Wyndham Rewards Specialists Team. We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently our teams have the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

As a Wyndham Rewards Specialists you will provide exceptional service to our Wyndham Rewards members while fostering our Count on Me service promise. In this position you will support our Rewards members with their inquiries through research, problem solving and the efficient resolution of specialized calls and correspondence. Your goal will be to provide best in class customer service.

Reporting to a Wyndham Rewards Supervisor you will be empowered to demonstrate your proven one to two years of customer service experience and apply your strong time management and communication skills during your training and growth into the Wyndham Rewards Specialist position. Your established computer navigation skills including outlook email, internet research, and multitasking using various screens and applications will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment.
